Why I Do This

If you've found yourself nodding along, feeling a sense of relief, or thinking "wow, this actually saved me time and energy," then you understand the heart behind this platform. I constantly wrestle with whether to charge for all of these resources, but ethically, it just doesn't sit right with me. My mission is to empower educators, not add another expense to your already demanding lives.

That's why I've chosen a different path: I'm humbly asking for your support through donations. Whatever you feel these tools are worth, or whatever you're able to contribute, will directly fuel my journey through an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership. I started in August 2025 and am planning on finishing in May 2028.

Every step of the way, I'll be pouring that knowledge and research back into this hub, continuously expanding and refining the resources here to lighten your workload. Your one-time donation isn't just a gift; it's an investment in a growing, free toolkit for educators like you.
